  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (such as launches or sales), processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Metro cities generally receive orders faster than non-metro or remote areas.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates are subject to the courier partner’s system and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

  • We work with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Courier partner selection is at DAME’s discretion and may vary based on location.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping costs for returned orders may be borne by the customer.


8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

  • DAME is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

  • If the issue is noticed after delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear images and unboxing videos for verification.


10. Split Shipments

  • In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability. Customers will be informed accordingly.


11. Delays & Force Majeure

  • DAME shall not be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or courier disruptions.
