At DAME, we are committed to ensuring you love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer store credit in place of refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Items purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible for return unless specified.
2. Refund Policy

DAME offers refunds to the original payment method and store credit.

Store credit will be provided in the form of a unique code sent via email.

This credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.
3. Store Credit Validity

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@dame.co.in with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit / refund.

7. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit or bank refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
